Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes — every order ships free to the contiguous United States with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the total price you pay. We are also tax-free.
Are your pieces genuine antiques?
Many of our pieces are genuine antiques and vintage items, while others are quality vintage-inspired reproductions. Each product description clearly notes what you are getting, and we photograph every piece honestly including any signs of age.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Small items arrive in 5–8 business days. Large antiques like sideboards and dining tables ship by freight and take 7–14 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice. We pack every piece carefully, but we stand behind anything damaged in transit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return items in the same condition they arrived. Email info@brattonantiques.com to start a return.
Do the antiques show signs of age?
Genuine antiques naturally carry patina, minor wear, and character marks that reflect their history. We consider these part of the charm, and we describe and photograph each piece honestly so there are no surprises.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States only. Email us for inquiries about Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and your card details are processed securely. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Can I visit your shop in person?
Absolutely. Our shop is at 118 Main Street in Franklin, Tennessee, open Monday–Saturday 10am–6pm and Sunday 12pm–5pm. We would love to show you around.
