You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
Email info@brattonantiques.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right at no cost to you. Send photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Because many of our antiques are genuinely unique, minor variations, patina, and age-related character are part of their charm and are not considered defects. We photograph and describe each piece honestly, and we are always happy to answer questions before you buy.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
