At Bratton Antiques, we ship every order free of charge to the contiguous United States. Because many of our pieces are genuine antiques and one-of-a-kind finds, we take special care to pack and protect each item for its journey to you.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Delicate and large items may take an extra day to pack safely. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our Franklin workshop.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. For inquiries about Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping, email info@brattonantiques.com.
Larger antiques ship by freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window. Curbside delivery means the item is brought to the curb or driveway of your address. We recommend having a second person available to help move heavier pieces indoors.
Please inspect your piece upon arrival. If you see any transit damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
